Four stalls at a charity bake sale sold cupcakes. Stall B sold 6 fewer cupcakes than Stall A. Stall C sold 3 times as many cupcakes as Stall A. Stall D sold 9 fewer cupcakes than Stall C. Altogether the four stalls sold 145 cupcakes. How many cupcakes did Stall D sell?
